How can I book?
You can call owner Marie on 07931464518 or email her on [email protected] to check availability and discuss prices.
To confirm your booking we require a small deposit, with the final balance due 6 weeks prior to check-in. If you are booking less than 2 calandar months prior to the check-in date, we will require payment in full.
Alternatively you can book via AirBnB, Tripadvisor or Vrbo. These 3rd party sites will add their own fees not controlled by Fieldview Holiday Cottages.
Can you offer contactless check-in?
This can be agreed but please let us know if you would prefer this prior to arrival as we like to meet our guests face to face. This is because we believe it adds to your stay to be able to commuicate with us effectively. We live onsite and so are never far if you need us for anything, but we do try to keep out of your way so your stay is as peaceful as possible.
Where can I park?
We have a large off street parking area available, and accessible from next to the cottages. Please note, the cars are parked at the owners risk.
We recomend letting us know if you think there will be more than 1-2 cars per cottage needed during your stay out of courtesy. Thank-you
Where is the nearest charging point for my electric car?
Apologies we do not have this facility onsite. There are lots of local charging points for you to visit, the closest in the nearby town - but please check online to plan your stay effectively.
Is the pool private?
We have a seasonally heated pool and hot tub onsite, which is shared between the 3 holiday cottages on our grounds. It is not open to the public and so is a private pool for your use.
However, you may find during your stay it is exclusively yours due to a quiet season, or alternatively if you were to hire the use of all 3 cottages the pool would be totally private - and fantastic for an event like a birthday.
Can I bring my pet?
We are pet friendly! We have had all kinds of pets over the years, with the most common being a well-behaved dog.
However, please note we have a 1 dog per cottage rule and this is charged at £25. We also kindly ask for pets not to be left unattended within any area of the grounds out of respect for other guests staying with us.
Is there an enclosed area for our dog?
During your stay, you will have access to our large grounds where your pet can run. There are fences around the grounds, but we do not recommend letting your pet loose if not trusted to be so.
We do however live in a fantastic walking spot in the Lincolnshire Wolds with lots of nearby dog walks and dog-friendly beaches. Being in the beautiful countryside, you will find many dog friendly places to visit.
I have already booked. Can I rearrange the date of my stay?
Call owner Marie on 07931464518 and explain your circumstance, and we can discuss other available dates. Please aim to do this as far in advance of your check-in date as you can, as we cannot change the date if 6 weeks prior to check-in.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
Call Marie on 07931464518 to discuss this as soon as you can, and we would be happy try to meet your needs.
Our poliicy is as follows; You will receive a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
As with any stay our first sensible recomendation is for you to arrange your own holiday/travel insurance.
