Tree Top Cottage is charming holiday cottage set within the Lincolnshire Wolds just a few miles outside of Louth.

The Cottage is fully furnished including cooker, fridge, dishwasher, TV, DVD player, tablelamps,
and all day to day living items and decorative elements; and consists of:
 
  •  three good sized bedrooms, sleeping a total of 6;
  • a downstairs toilet/bathroom complete with shower and whirlpool bath;
  • good sized storage cupboard suitable for luggage, pushchairs etc;
  • a first floor living space comprising of a lounge, kitchen and dining area.
  • a terrace area with picnic table and bench - suitable for family BBQs or just sitting and enjoying the view!
